They also put sone golden handcuffs incentive to keep their president, Chief Growth officer in place through and after the merger. And we know KPLT CEO and CFO will be resigning from theur positions shortly with their golden parachutes. 

Hope their technology folks don&#39;t start leaving, they are needed for the Aaron&#39;s systems integration into Katapult.  Just like Acima omni channel digital technology and Rent-a-center&#39;s antiquated legacy brick and mortar technology to from UpBound!

When will they be voting on the merger and sharing Aaron&#39;s, CCF financials do you think? Seems to be accelerating to be sooner than end of March.

@Invest4LongValue  IME,  Kaitlin Folan  resigning is pretty much a non-event.  She got her year end bonus.  The Aarons CCF news is out in 2025, so she knows it&#39;s time to look for another job. 
 
Likely some others did them same, but not C-Suite level, so there&#39;s no requirement to disclose with an SEC filing.
