I am still doing my DD but will note that all past filings focused on domestic market leadership within China.  The latest 20-F has some big additions compared to previous years regarding international expansion.  To quote directly from the today’s SEC document.     
 
&quot;We plan to open new hotels and restaurants in markets in China as well as internationally where we have little or no operating experience.&quot; 
 
&quot;Those markets may have different regulatory requirements, competitive conditions, consumer preferences and discretionary spending patterns as compared to our existing markets.&quot;
