without prejudice, though (so could be refiled in the future) 
 
There might have been an out of court settlement that we haven&#39;t been made aware of  
 
Hopefully the filling to be submitted soon will tell us something about that.

@MaxInvestor89   Hey Max i saw your post awhile ago on that.  i just dont understand why?   Like you said maybe the filing will shed some light.  They are supposed to have a large amount of shares cancelled.
