I think it&#39;s about to turn a corner.  Increased lease income, and resolutions to a couple of their tenant issues... This is likely on a upward move, with dividend increases in the future too is my guess.

I think it's about to turn a corner.  Increased lease income, and resolutions to a couple of their tenant issues... This is likely on a upward move, with dividend increases in the future too is my guess.
