So, we need to take them at their word. If the evaluation boards are received by the DIBs in mid-Q1, then the DIBs could still be function-testing and radiation-testing the chips in mid/late -Q3. 
 
If the test chip passes, then QUIK still has to set up for production wafer runs.  
 
Even under the best scenario, QUIK can’t be in production until late Q4, or in Q1 2027. 
 
If they need a second go-around, add another 1-3 quarters.

BUT, is this move for real? Is money coming out of Mag7, and rotating to small caps and micros, or is this a head fake? 
 
Markets are at all time highs, but precious metals are going through the roof, possibly revealing the soft underbelly of the US and global economy.  
 
Student loan and credit card debt defaults are high, and looming wage garnishment liens against the student loan defaulters could lead to a wave of personal bankruptcies by Q2.
