Are any IPRs concluded and decision is under appeal at CAFC? 
 
Have any patents been affirmed valid by CAFC from a PTAB decision? 
 
Is the District Court trial verdict under CAFC appeal or has CAFC already ruled? 
 
If CAFC ruled on Dist Crt did they affirm validity and damages? 
 
First thing that struck me when I searched for Headwater settlement is how many there were with big names — “The patent holding and research company Headwater Research LLC has settled with several major corporations, including Samsung, Verizon, AT&amp;T, and T-Mobile. The settlements followed a string of successful patent infringement lawsuits filed by Headwater against the tech and telecom companies in a Texas federal court.” — that says a lot, dream scenario it seems.
