From a trading perspective, how do you approach a chart like this? Cleartly this is an important area of support, but at the same time, the bigger picture is bearish i.e. below two key moving averages which are flattening/tending downwards. 
 
Do you - 
a.) not take on the trade at all until there is more evidence to the bullish side e.g. breaking above the moving average support/resistance? 
b.) take the trade on with a tight stop against this risk level/trend line support? 
c.) take the trade on, but with lower conviction expressed through position sizing (say a third or fourth of a position v/s a fuller position? 
 
b.) and c.) can both apply too of course. Just trying to learn more about money management as a relative TA-novice!
