Once that was pulled it dropped back to pre-offer and sub prices.  to be fair at the time of offer it was a total of 5m for a company that had 20m in cash; in theory had contract work for multiple lines of business exceeding 50m and looked like the company was about to become profitable.  The &quot;Offer&quot; came from the CEO&#39;s buyout company and it didn&#39;t look like it had proper vetting. Lawsuits ensued; and buyout offer rejected; but not before buyout company made 500,000k for cancelling of offer.
