$LPCN I think something important to note is that biogen own a key competitor to 1154 in Zurzuvae, its very likely in my opinion if we get through topline unscathed that Biogen will come knocking with a buyout. They are a bigger fish and want to retain their foothold on the market, since 1154 has established bioequivalency to Zulresso (the highest efficacy out of any PPD drug on the market) and has a much quicker treatment timeline with 2 days as opposed to Zurzuvae’s 2 weeks, Biogen definitely have the incentive to make an offer in the event of good topline results.

They are a bigger fish and want to retain their foothold on the market, since 1154 has established bioequivalency to Zulresso (the highest efficacy out of any PPD drug on the market) and has a much quicker treatment timeline with 2 days as opposed to Zurzuvae’s 2 weeks, Biogen definitely have the incentive to make an offer in the event of good topline results.

They could sit on the data and file the NDA for brlizio approval when they lose exclusivity on Zurzuvae, but its a lot to pay for something that you would shelve.   I&#39;m not sure either company could sell Brlizio while they have contractual obligations with each other to sell Zurzuvae... Maybe they could, but it seems complicated.

I don&#39;t think Lipocine would entertain a commercialization offer from either of them since they&#39;d both benefit from burying it for a few years, but a buyout offer would work. We don&#39;t need another Halozyme / Tlando situation.

I expect there will be several companies interested in a deal if topline results prove what we hope they do. There&#39;s a lot to consider.

I don't think Lipocine would entertain a commercialization offer from either of them since they'd both benefit from burying it for a few years, but a buyout offer would work. We don't need another Halozyme / Tlando situation.
