Oracle (symbol logo$ORCL) and IBM (symbol logo$IBM) stocks are both down more than 20% in 2026 - if you had to buy just one, which are you choosing?

Oracle and IBM have both taken a beating in 2026, each down more than 20%, leaving retail investors wondering if either tech giant represents a value buying opportunity. If you were forced to choose just one, which are you going with? Explain your reasoning in the comments.

The more memory you buy the more money you will make. symbol logo$IBM does not have a lot of memory. symbol logo$ORCL data centers have tons of memory. symbol logo$ORCL SaaS will lose value but it will deliver customers to its memory so it does have value.

Oracle is ridiculously beaten down and misunderstood. The chip companies need AI Infrastructure and the software to guarantee security and Oracle has the solutions. Taking on a dollar of debt today, while making a lot of revenue anyway, to make three dollars within 18 months is not irresponsible nor dangerous. It's called Good Business.
