Stock went down 10% after earnings; they lost 60M instead of expected 30M. But that extra 30M in losses was due to how GAAP prices warrants. It had 0 affect on their operations or finances.  
 
The dilution is bad. 363M shares dampens the stock price. But it was a necessary pill to acquire Beckley. Christian is not concerned about this year. He&#39;s building $ATAI to be a commercial home run. If the drug holds up, this could be a 5B company in 4 years

@jmash $5B is extremely conservative IMO...if BPL-003 is commercialized and shows blockbuster potential...and VLS-01 is hot on its tail...$10B is the likely floor market cap-wise IMO...with potential runs as high as $20B+...with two approved drugs with blockbuster potential...this is a $20-30B (min) market cap company IMO...but I&#39;m not invested with a $5B market cap in mind...not based on Spravato&#39;s current and trending sales...and BPL-003&#39;s strongly preferrable overall treatment profile...these drugs will explode post-approval leveraging the infrastructure previously paid for and built out by J&amp;J...huge opportunity for disruption and market share...just my opinion as always...do your own due diligence.  GLTA.
