@kylem_ two separate problems - the amount of stock that the C-Suite receive as compensation is too high, but your 1.5b number also includes pre-IPO investors who are exiting their positions.  The latter were never going to hold long term.  Their selldowns release liquidity, and yes it’s annoying that it tanks the price, but it also gets rid of those 10x voting power class D shares that made retail investors essentially powerless.

The SBC is out of scale for a company of this size and the fact that their dumping heavily doesn&#39;t help to maintain confidence. I am hesitant to hold mine although it&#39;s not a big position but it&#39;s dead money at best

@kylem_ agree on the SBC, it is too high for the current size of the company, however the stock price was 35 not long ago with broadly the same numbers - i think integration risk (along with macroeconomic forces) is the bigger factor here, especially since the vaunted purchase of JUMP years back seems to have come to nothing and now theyve bought a different order management system in Enfusion.  disagree on indicators of internal outlook - i think the small scale and periodicity of the insider sales is more likely to reflect the taxes due on stock vesting than any concerted sell off from inside the company.  I listened to their investor day call and theyre promising to keep SBC essentially flat as the company grows, so itll drop away as a proportion of revenue.  I’m broadly positive about a long play here, but its been hard to hold when its continuously lost money whilst the s&amp;p500 has rebounded 20%

Last year, the CEO has exercised 10M in stocks, CFO 5M, COO 2.5M according to Yahoo Finance, I am not sure if they deserve this kind of compensation... 
I think that the other bigger risk is the layoff of employees at Boise and the outsourcing of development to India as I&#39;ve read on reddit. It doesn&#39;t seem that it&#39;s just to eliminate redundant roles after the acquisition of Enfuse but most likely to bring the cost down. 
I&#39;ll wait another quarter or two, if they don&#39;t change then I am out

But that doesn&#39;t exclude the fact that the CEO has dumped 26M in the last 2 years, CFO 11M.  
Do they really deserve this level of compensation for a company of this size and performance? They&#39;re not even the founders of the business.  
I can ensure you that the company will do almost the same without them in charge
