@lonedaddy BO most likely is Between Q1–Q3 2026, once mature Phase 2 data arrives but before Phase 3 starts. Expect an acquisition price in the $6B–$10B range with milestones on top. Undiluted most likely. $8.5 billion is very realistic!

I don’t see a BO coming before we know what the regulatory pathway is. If AA pathway is granted with ORR as the interim EP, that would likely lead to a BO 2H26. If not, I suspect BP would likely wait for CRDF-005 topline readout.

Without knowing dilution, it’s hard to gauge price but I think the business will be bought for around $3B-$5B

My take is buyout in 2026 is unlikely. With accelerated approval granting mid year, maybe they start getting serious offers. But vetting offers and then doing enough paperwork behind the scenes to make the announcement would probably still be a six month process minimum. Without AA, this goes to phase 3 CRDF0005 and at that point I would not expect a buyout until well into that trial. Could be talking 2028 at that point. If this doesn get AA, I’ll bounce on the first bounce. Maybe news of CRDF-0005 enrolling. No AA, I’m moving off this pipe dream if price gets anywhere $6 to $10.
