Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS) announced on Friday that it plans to change its corporate name to Ondas Inc. while relocating its headquarters to West Palm Beach, Florida, signaling a new chapter in its growth strategy.

The rebranding reflects Ondas' evolution into a fully integrated platform serving defense, security, and industrial sectors. 

Corporate Transformation

The company said the new name emphasizes its role as a scaled, global operator with autonomous aerial and ground robotics expertise through Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) and private wireless solutions via Ondas Networks.

By moving its main office to West Palm Beach, Ondas aims to attract senior talent, foster strategic partnerships, and secure institutional capital.

Ondas’ stock traded over 5% higher after the morning bell on Friday. On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around the stock jumped to ‘bullish’ from ‘neutral’ territory the previous day, amid ‘high’ message volume levels.

Stocktwits users expressed optimism about the company’s growth prospects in 2026. 

Ondas’ 2025 Growth

The stock gained over 271% in value over the past 12 months, helped by a slew of investments and defense-related deals in 2025. Ondas develops advanced autonomous systems and private wireless technology through its units Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS), Ondas Capital, and Ondas Networks. 

Notable deals include a $35 million strategic investment in Performance Drone Works (PDW), a company specializing in advanced combat robotics for U.S. military operations. Also, an $8.2 million contract to supply its autonomous counter-drone systems at one of Europe’s largest airports. 

On Wednesday, the company reported securing approximately $10 million in new purchase orders for its autonomous systems portfolio, including counter-drone solutions for critical infrastructure, integrated drone systems, and robotic ground platforms designed for government security clients.
