@ChazzMikeMichaels @omi205 they had to have it fall into this order for them to be able to buy their own shares and vote on them. It&#39;s basically a contingency plan. If they had the 65% they wouldn&#39;t need the adjournment approved to decide again on May 10th. But because we don&#39;t have the 65%, the adjournment was approved and thus allows them to basically purchase the required shares to meet the 65%.

@omi205 in addition to your point; After May First they only need a majority instead of the 65% and 53% voted today. This is a done deal. I was too busy loading the boat on $AAC.UN warrants and $ALLG ws to buy more 🤦🏼‍♂️. At least I didn’t sell anything.
