The company recently reported that the squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) cohort met its pre-specified response threshold to advance into Stage 2. Lorigerlimab (PD-1 × CTLA-4 bispecific DART molecule): Interim data from its Phase 2 LINNET study in advanced gynecologic cancers will be shared. MGC028 (ADAM9 ADC) Preliminary Results: MacroGenics expects to provide a clinical update with preliminary clinical data from its ongoing Phase 1 dose-escalation study in late 2026. MGC030 (Preclinical ADC) Study Commencement: After receiving expedited FDA clearance for its IND application earlier this year, MacroGenics plans to initiate its Phase 1 dose-escalation study for this first-in-class ADC in the current quarter (Q3 2026).

$MGNX Agree. $MGNX is a little late to the B7-H3 party but the efficacy we've seen is amazing. B7-H3 is proving to be a great target. It's nice B7-H3 is broadly expressed in many cancers so $MGNX should be able to find a few niches to stand out in.
