@AAF333 Yep, along with $AGRI, and $GWAV.  But this is the bell cow: if you bought 1,000 shares on January 1, 2021, after all the reverse splits CRKN has done since then, you&#39;d now have approximately 0.00024 shares (ignoring rounding). 
 
Jan 30, 2025 — 1-for-150.  
Jun 25, 2024 — 1-for-150. 
Aug 15, 2023 — 1-for-60.  
Jan 26, 2021 — 1-for-3.  
 
Put another way, If I had own 4,050,000 shares on January 1st 2021, I&#39;d own about 1 now... 
 
We all have our losers; what I don&#39;t like about this one is all the positive news; the profitability by mid 2025, the attempted buyout for 3.15/share or 5m when the company had 20m+ in cash and 100m+ in contracts.  That&#39;s what I don&#39;t like.  the two 1:150 splits in a short period and then the attempt to go private.  there wouldn&#39;t have been 1:150 RS&#39;s if not for dilution, so the company built cash reserves and then attempted to go private... bought out by it&#39;s own CEO via a different company.  This seems so shady.  I had high hopes; dashed.  Will it yet turn around?
