Fossil, to protect privacy of the deal, is obligated to keep it MNPI, and will cite any level of difference to justify their report that the article was wrong, not happening, etc. I remain bullish - we will see frequent whipsaw swings as they recover. Yesterday proved theirs still a lot of interest in this company.

@Balz18 Yeah, this is generally the type of stuff that gets leaked when a bank is working with investors to price and size the offering and someone ignores the NDA or a jr associate leaks it somewhere.  It is so risky and illegal to fabricate and leak it to BB that no one would risk doing it.
