$SPRO I still don&#39;t think FDA approval will move the needle on SPRO given what I&#39;ve harped on before: (1) uncertain royalty stream (2) no control over destiny (3) risk of bad capital allocation (4) no team in place. 
 
I would think $GSK has multiple corporate development teams -- one in oncology and one for its infectious disease portfolio. 
 
Would be cool if CEO Luke Miels could walk into Citi fireside chat tomorrow and talk about (1) Nuvalent late stage cancer drugs + adding to 2027 revs/operating profit and 2029 EPS and (2) taking full control of tebi (a potential blockbuster) a week before FDA which sales would start very soon and save at least $51 million highly probable milestone in next 3 months plus whatever revenue milestones/royalties tebi would achieve in 2027. 
 
Seems like it could get done for $500 million. Not sure how SPRO would walk away from that to be honest. 
 
$500 million would be enough to fund reverse merger w/ another synergistic oncology play for GSK to get a toehold in?
