@Columbo Agree! Certainly a potential base camp...lot of activity in the market with some sizable deals....even with an ugly tough rate environment with the war. On a positive note...a lot of negativity is priced into the stock...and trading as if the divy will be cut again. Even if earnings are still likely poor because REO still on the books not generating revenue....Need them to show some progress in this next quarter earnings - we also need to recognize taking over some properties takes time due to state laws (and shorts will play on this)...and likely have a timetable when then can take control of an asset to flip or keep as an REO.
