Noel Benjamin Whitley, general counsel for Netlist, also testified Wednesday and said he helped negotiate the agreement at the center of the case. Whitley said it was clear in the negotiations that Samsung was to provide NAND and DRAM products to Netlist in exchange for Netlist licensing its patents.

"You would expect that if Samsung was causing Netlist to lose such a great magnitude of sales, that somebody in the company would have said to Samsung, 'You are in breach of your contract,'" Feinstein said.  
 
"It's very possible someone did," Park said. 
 
Judge Scarsi also ended up admonishing Park during his cross to stick to answering the questions after he frequently added more information than he was asked for.  
 
"You are here to answer questions, not to argue the case," the judge said before telling both sides to speak to their witnesses about the rules before giving testimony. 
 
Noel Benjamin Whitley, general counsel for Netlist, also testified Wednesday and said he helped negotiate the agreement at the center of the case. Whitley said it was clear in the negotiations that Samsung was to provide NAND and DRAM products to Netlist in exchange for Netlist licensing its patents.

@FrankFromYahoo That chart reference is very damning. What are the odds that Netlist would be the only company in that region that had a diminshed supply? It kind of flushes that toilet paper BS down the crapper.

I pondered yesterday morning about flying in, but coming from Hawaii, the times didnt work out to make it worth while. I should have thought about it sooner. Only a few more days, so we won&#39;t have to wait long. This trial is a big deal, no doubt. Keep up the good work Frank.
