$EPWK Hard to square the picture. This is a company with 11+ years of track record that managed a Nasdaq Global Market IPO — a higher bar than most small-caps. That’s not the profile of a weak operator. The early talk of an RS &amp; authorized share increase is puzzling and unnecessary, and my hope is it reflects cultural differences in how compliance is handled rather than a lack of awareness.
