But when NLST had large orders from companies like UBER, Samsung&#39;s breach of contract made UBER rethink their relationship with NLST.  
 
There are many cases like this. NLST has had relationships with many large entities (like Super Mirco) and we never know what other malice has been perpetrated on NLST by the majors.  
 
Remember, their ASIC for HBDimm had been shelved by Samsung. But NLST needs to be big enough so that the majors will fear them in court.  
 
In the meantime, they are spending money on R&amp;D for new technologies &amp; patenting those designs; new products coming.  
 
You can&#39;t seem to see beyond your nose &amp; that is why @Mzling is trying to get you to quiet down so you don&#39;t look like such a tool. I guess it&#39;s too late for that though.

Netlist technology is legitimate and high-end.  It’s Products really do work.   They made Google servers the king of Internet search between 2010 and now.   

What’s really wrong with the company is that Gail Sasaki is useless in raising cash by any means other than diluting the stock

Chuck Hong has not taken any real measures to develop the marketing for his company even given the quality of the product. 

I don’t think your question is unreasonable at all however, this is not about lawsuits that might’ve been won.  They have been won over and over.   

What’s lacking at this point as payment as a result of those lawsuits being won.  

The market is no longer responding to lawsuits being won It will respond to payment of money and nothing less.  That’s coming, but I didn’t want to bet on when.  SMH
