The dilution voting took place on 15th, a few days ago, they have to file 8k to announce the result within 4 business days. They should’ve filed the 8k by now but they haven’t. So I speculate they want to kill the puts because it’s expiring tomorrow.
They can file next Monday to announce dilution which was gonna happen anyway.
