@JediGreen I still think Bria-IMT (as a standalone asset) is worth ~$500m. Its value is somewhat limited by the possibility of Bria-BRES (OTS+) making it obsolete in short time. 
As for the pipeline, it still remains to be seen if HLA-matching is really the key driver, or if the risk of inhibiting NK response outweighs the matching hypothesis. I think this remains to be proven, but the unblinded, arm-specific P3 data may shed more light. 
As for the other indications (prostate, melanoma and NSCLC), we still have to see if the efficacy is translatable to other cell lines. They can engineer some aspects of SB-BR-1-GM (such as MHC class II expressions), but the original IMT cell line has other, very special qualities (such as the expression of post-translational modifications) that may not be present in these other cell ines. 
Still very hopeful and think the science is sound, but they gotta prove it, first.

@Fvalstounge  Just the fact that IMT got through the blood brain barrier is awesome and like the hardest thing to do.  The others in the pipeline are supposed to be even more advanced by genetics.  Even makes me more bullish.  I think ots will be better then IMT but see IMT being a money maker and better then anything on market until ots. ￼

The base cell lines chosen for the other indications were selected based on similar genes and gene-derived expressions, but other characteristics are vastly different between the various cancer cell lines. 
Lab studies on OTS definitely show greater immune activation. Just need to duplicate in trials. 
 
As far as the intra-cranial responses, you are exactly right. Breaking the BBB is a big deal, and will likely impact how the therapy is labeled upon approval.

Want to see something crazy.  Look at the monthly stock chart of TCGL.  That stock moved up from like $8 to over $300 in 2 days on nothing or no news. BCTX has potential.  Once a stock starts moving upwards especially on phase 3 results could literally turn into something unstoppable upwards once the herd of bulls turns into a stampede. 😆 ￼￼￼
