My bad — it’s an update on becoming eligible for Market-on-Close (MOC) trading starting Monday, October 6, 2025. This is a procedural change on the CSE to allow MOC orders (closing auction trades), which can improve liquidity but doesn’t indicate a move to a higher exchange like the TSX.

The uplisting to the TSX is a separate process. Beyond Oil received conditional approval for that on 8/25, but it hasn’t been finalized yet—no specific date is set. The MOC eligibility might be a step aligning with that transition, but it’s not the uplisting itself.
