As I predicted last month. Business combination has closed. The uplisting to the Nasdaq from the OTC happens tomorrow, ticker NUCL.  
 
This is a volatile despac with price chaos over next few days, imo, but holding the rights to the largest uranium deposit in the US will make it interesting over long term. 
 
Worth putting it on your watchlist for the dust to settle.

Eagle Energy Metals holds rights to the largest mineable and measured uranium deposit in the United States, on the border of Nevada and Oregon. SMR reactor technology.  
 
Currently sitting exiled on the OTC (even worse, Pink Limited), booted off the Nasdaq for failing to merge on time. 
 
The rights are going cheap--of course, because your money 100% disappears if you buy them and the deal fails.  
 
I think they&#39;re going to close the deal with Spring Valley either while on OTC and then uplist to the Nasdaq, or after uplisting (both are possible). New symbol will be NUCL. The float appears to be 9.8 million shares. I purchased a lotto ticket.
