Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1

Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 - Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1

A sharp overnight QQQ selloff despite major tech earnings has traders questioning whether AI-related spending can deliver sufficient returns, with Teslas reduced capex plans adding to concerns about the broader trade. Iran tensions and rising oil prices are also cited as risk-off pressures; traders are divided between expecting a rebound and seeing further downside.

Meta Platforms Inc

Metas quarterly results drew attention, with strong revenue and advertising growth supporting bulls, while the initial post-earnings pop faded amid concerns about rising AI spending, negative free cash flow, and the new non-voting share structure. Traders also weighed the reported earnings miss, which included a substantial legal charge, against the companys upbeat revenue outlook.

SPDR S&P 500 ETF TRUST - SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust

SPYs sharp overnight swings are being tied by traders to escalating U.S.-Iran tensions and higher oil prices, alongside concerns about big-tech earnings and the scale of AI spending. The community is split between bearish risk-off fears and dip-buyers expecting a rebound; claims that a global cybersecurity scare is driving the selloff remain speculative.

The Network Infrastructure serves communication service providers, enterprises, webscales and public sector customers. The Cloud and Network Services segment builds around software and the cloud and is focused on driving leadership in cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models, as demand for critical networks accelerates; and with strong market positions in communications software, private wireless networks, and cognitive (or intelligent) services. The Nokia Technologies segment, building on decades of innovation and R&D leadership in technologies used in virtually all mobile devices used today, is expanding the Nokia patent licensing business, reintroducing the Nokia brand to smartphones through brand licensing, and establishing a technology licensing business. The company was founded by Fredrik Idestam in 1865 and is headquartered in Espoo, Finland.

Nokia Corp - ADR

Nokia Corp

Nokias Q3 results are driving attention: sales and comparable profit beat expectations, with strong AI and cloud demand, but the shares sold off despite the beat. Traders are split between seeing the growth and network outlook as bullish and worrying about restructuring costs, weaker cash-flow guidance, and the stocks repeated negative reaction to earnings.

International Business Machines Corp. is an information technology company, which engages in the provision of integrated solutions that leverage information technology and knowledge of business processes. It operates through the following segments: Software, Consulting, Infrastructure, Financing, and Other. The Software segment combines hybrid cloud platform and software solutions to help clients become more data-driven, and to automate, secure, and modernize their environments. International Business Machines Corp.

IBMs quarterly earnings beat expectations, with stronger software growth and a raised free-cash-flow outlook, but shares gave back much of an initial post-report pop. Traders are debating profit-taking and a sell the news reaction against concerns that the broader growth outlook and consulting performance remain modest.

Netlist, Inc. engages in the design, manufacture and sale of memory subsystems for the computing and communications markets. Its products include enterprise SSD, embedded flash, memory module, lightning DDR5 DIMM, SK hynix, AI server. Netlist Inc

The USPTOs decision not to intervene in the Federal Circuit appeal over Netlists 912 patent, after Samsung and Micron withdrew following settlements, is driving discussion. Traders disagree on whether the procedural development could help keep the appeal alive or leave it vulnerable to dismissal; it does not resolve the patents status.

Spotify Technology SA engages in the provision of digital music services. It operates through the Premium and Ad-Supported segments. The Premium segment provides subscribers with online and offline streaming access of music and podcasts on computers, tablets, and mobile devices. The Ad-Supported segment offers users with limited on-demand online access of music and unlimited online access of podcasts on computers, tablets, and mobile and smart devices. Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares

SOXL is drawing attention amid a sharp, volatile rebound attempt after a steep semiconductor selloff, with dip-buyers betting on continued AI-chip demand and upbeat spending commentary from major tech companies. Others warn the bounce may fade, citing uncertainty about AI investment returns, market and geopolitical pressures, and the added risk of the funds 3 leverage.

The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Bethesda, MD.

Lockheed Martin Corp.

Lockheed Martin is drawing attention after reporting quarterly results above estimates, with traders highlighting its record backlog and a proposed multiyear F-35 production framework as supportive. The reaction is broadly positive, though some caution that margin pressure and the frameworks dependence on congressional authorization and funding could limit the benefit.

Tesla, Inc. engages in the design, development, manufacture, and sale of electric vehicles and energy generation and storage systems. It operates through the Automotive and Energy Generation and Storage segments. The Automotive segment includes the design, development, manufacture, sale, and lease of electric vehicles as well as sales of automotive regulatory credits. The company was founded by Jeffrey B. Straubel, Elon Reeve Musk, Martin Eberhard, and Marc Tarpenning on July 1, 2003 and is headquartered in Austin, TX.

Tesla Inc

Teslas post-earnings reversal is drawing attention after management cut its 2026 capital-spending outlook and tempered the Optimus scale-up timeline, while flat revenue and weaker profitability overshadowed the adjusted earnings beat and positive cash flow. Traders are split between calling the selloff an overreaction and seeing it as a warning about execution risks; speculation about a SpaceX merger adds uncertainty, with no deal terms agreed.

$SLS With all due respect to this board, the speculation and drama on this ticker is some of the highest I've ever seen, and today y'all are losing it. In one afternoon the same red tape got called a leak, a buyout, a failed trial, a coordinated attack, and a shakeout before the 80th. None of those came from the company. There's due diligence and analysis, and then there's recursive spirals, and most of what I read today was the spiral.

The drop has a simpler explanation. A subreddit changed its mind. Somebody fit a curve to four public event counts, the output moved from 99 percent to a coin flip, some of the people who wrote the DD everyone was leaning on sold, and the board treated the whole thing like an unblinding. It wasn't one. Nobody in that Discord has the control arm. That's what blinded means. A model built on four numbers is a guess with a spreadsheet attached, and the people who can actually see the data sit on the monitoring committee and don't post.

Meanwhile SELLAS did nothing between yesterday's close and today's open. No PR, no filing, no update to the count, no change to a trial that has been running for years and reads out on its own schedule, which has no Discord channel. It's a rough day if you built a position on somebody else's conviction, and I'm sorry for anyone who did, but it's a story about a message board. The company wasn't in it.

So everyone breathe, and look at what matters. For me that hasn't moved in months. GPS is a maintenance therapy for AML patients in second remission who can't get a transplant, a group that survives around 6 to 8 months on standard of care, and the trial asks one thing, whether those patients live longer on GPS. An interim look already passed review for continuation, and the pooled blinded survival disclosed at that point ran well above the historical benchmark, with the usual caveat that pooled doesn't tell you which arm is carrying it. The official count is 78 of 80, and slow events in a survival trial mean patients are living longer, which is the problem you want. When the 80th lands it triggers database lock and the analysis, so the readout sits a step past it on a calendar only the trial knows. Under all of that, WT1 is the NCI's top-ranked cancer antigen and GPS is one of the cleanest public ways to play it, which is why a win would read bigger than one indication. You'll notice a Discord model isn't on that list.

What does concern me is how much leverage is showing through the posts today. Stops swept, contracts doubled on the way down, people explaining why they can't afford to wait. The readout doesn't care how big you went. Size is the one thing here you control, and this is one equity. Emotion and capital both tied to a single ticker is a dangerous combination, and no readout fixes that part for you.

I'm bullish. I have bids resting lower if this keeps going and a trade thesis that didn't change today because a subreddit did. Look at this plainly and let the trial finish.

$SLS this is precisely my view and my friend @KavaStocks has a reasonable perspective on investments instead of one of the crazy bullish or bearish ones that you see.

I consider a lot of what has gone on today as I do some of the crazy bearish posts we’ve seen a lot of noise.

What is NOT noise is the 6 perhaps 10 or maybe 12 months median survival on BAT if you can’t get a bone marrow transplant and you’re in CR2 - a late stage of AML and yet we still have 38.1% of the entire regal cohort alive a minimum of 29 months post enrollment in Regal. When you cut through all the allegedly sophisticated modeling that some of these shysters have done here and Reddit I used to see a simple truth. Our cohort is living a hell of a lot longer than the doctors ever expected they would and something is going on and based on the studies I’ve seen that something is almost certainly not super BAT survival, which appears to be quite the myth at an advanced stage of the illness like CR2.

Do I know for sure I’m correct? Am I 99.99% sure that I’m correct and that it’s going to lead to $40 Billy? Should I post a Godzilla meme to make myself look for bullish? Oh hell no.

But I feel reasonably confident enough that I have a nice chunk of $SLS properly position sized within the context of my other investments.

When all of a sudden done only the results of Regal will control. Not the histrionics of hyperbulls trying to pump the stock or hyperbear trying to crush it.
