@Kingme69 they may have poison pills and a board as loyal as Donald’s Cabinet but if enough big shareholders tell them to sell then I bet the board listens (as they need the big shareholder vote to get a role on their next board). Thing is that the buyers just need to have enough reason to think this will be a growth driver as well as just cutting a few HQ costs. Intuit perhaps - they seem to have a partnership with another firm but maybe it’s time to merge all these firms anyways as no point duplicating everything just to make pricing more competitive.

BREX, Intuit, Ramp, BIll etc... but as u always said to purchase and buy at a premium i would think they have to be convinced that this thing can go back to 20% y on year growth.. This is not happening doing a RIF , they have to invest and change plans too i would think.
