$HTCR I sold this for a loss and following.  See it is back under a dollar again.  Their books are great and analysts all say good things, but the market is just not impressed.  I wonder if they made a mistake going public with these revenues?  5 million a quarter with no growth big prospects is really not publicly traded standard.  I think that is the issue.

I wonder if they made a mistake going public with these revenues?  5 million a quarter with no growth big prospects is really not publicly traded standard.  I think that is the issue.

@Lawdog0567  I think when they first went public they were selling the idea on growth of the core business, which has been doing ok.  Problem is that growth never happened (at least to a great extent), then the IPO division kicked off and was able to supplement the business model.  That still will provide additional revenue in the future, but overall the growth will be limited.  I have followed this since it went public so that is my perspective of what happened.  These spikes unfortunately never last.  I was lucky to hang on long enough to get out in the green. Today&#39;s close under $1 is very bad for the company, as it is going to likely r/s and then get demolished back under $1... might be a decent short term play there... hate to say it because I have been a big fan of the company for a long time, but once a company has a r/s it won&#39;t be taken serious and day traders and shorts will have a field day

@Mr_Magoo24 I agree, this is heading for R/S.  20-25 million yearly revenue is just not good.  They are profitable so not going out of business.  But as a stock this is not a great stock.  Too many fell for the profitable, which is usually great, but as a public company small cap, you need a growth story, not that we are a nice little 25 million company.  That is what private companies are.  You go public when you think you can grow and scale.

Shares outstanding as of August 28, 2025: 23,310,770 shares  ￼ ￼.
 • After full issuance (assuming conversion of preferred and EPA), total shares outstanding could increase to 46,099,658 shares  ￼.
 • This marks a significant potential dilution to existing shareholders  

So dilution.  On its own, ok. But there was also an approved Reverse Split.  Considering I’ve seen stocks get multiple 180 day compliance extensions, this rather proactive response made it clear the exit ration was what we are now seeing with a RS to cover non compliance. 

Reverse Stock Split Approved?  Yes.
 • Approved Ratio Range: 1-for-2 up to 1-for-30 (to be set by the Board).

I put the money into Kopin and am awaiting US military contract news. I missed out on the Htcr run but I’m up a  lot with Kopin. So it worked out.

@Epoxy7 yes they raised the float to dilute. we saw that too. it was rather obvious as you need a 10 to 1 to RS and at where it was left too little a float.
