@LittleBagBob the concerning part is the CEO ran his last company into the ground. I&#39;m surprised he could get hired after his last job. The new company, well aware of his work history, has tied his pay to his preformance. So, it is still rather risky. Let&#39;s hope his past job preformance is not a true indication of his future preformance. I believe in 2nd chances and I bought into this one.
