The platform’s native token, SOL, serves as the primary currency for paying transaction fees, participating in network governance, and securing the system through staking.   Solana has also seen significant institutional adoption ranging from spot Solana ETFs to major partnerships including Visa's 2025 launch of USDC settlement on the network and the tokenization of public equity by firms like Galaxy Digital.

In a major regulatory milestone in March 2026, a joint SEC and CFTC framework officially classified Dogecoin as a digital commodity, placing it in the same asset category as gold or oil.

@Lynn_764 I get why people say that, but I don&#39;t completely agree. Trading isn&#39;t just gambling if you&#39;re actually learning a repeatable process. I respect Kevin Patrick Janus&#39; technical analysis because you&#39;re following the market live as he explains each setup and decision. That taught me more than any recorded lesson ever did. Do your own research.
