Intels weaker-than-expected outlook, citing slowing PC demand, higher memory costs and production constraints, overshadowed stronger data-center growth and prompted a sharp selloff. Traders are divided between viewing the drop as an overreaction and buying the dip, and seeing the guidance as evidence of deeper business weakness.

Bitcoin is the world's first decentralized cryptocurrency, created in 2009 by the pseudonymous Satoshi Nakamoto. It enables peer-to-peer electronic cash transactions without intermediaries like banks or governments, operating on a blockchain secured by Proof of Work mining and the SHA-256 cryptographic algorithm. With a fixed supply cap of 21 million coins and programmatic halvings every four years that reduce miner rewards, Bitcoin is designed as a deflationary digital asset often called "digital gold." Its value stems from solving the double-spending problem without trusted intermediaries, creating the first truly scarce digital asset with censorship resistance and permissionless access that no government, corporation, or individual can control. Bitcoin operates as a decentralized peer-to-peer network where transactions are recorded on a public ledger called the blockchain, distributed across thousands of computers globally. Transactions are grouped into blocks added approximately every 10 minutes through mining, where specialized computers compete to solve complex mathematical puzzles. Bitcoin has achieved mainstream adoption through multiple vectors. The January 2024 SEC approval of 11 spot Bitcoin ETFs opened Bitcoin investment to traditional finance participants, and corporations like Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) are using Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset to protect against currency debasement, offering MSTR holders amplified exposure to Bitcoin. The Bitcoin ecosystem continues to evolve with innovations like Ordinals, which emerged in January 2023 to enable NFT-like functionality directly on Bitcoin, and BRC-20 tokens, an experimental standard for creating fungible tokens using Ordinal inscriptions. BTCFi (Bitcoin Finance) represents emerging financial applications extending beyond Bitcoin's traditional role, with protocols like Babylon allowing Bitcoin holders to stake BTC to secure Proof of Stake chains.

A suspected major Binance security breach and reports of substantial crypto losses have coincided with Bitcoins selloff, prompting concerns about exchange security and confidence across crypto. Traders disagree over whether the incident signals broader risks to Bitcoin or is an exchange-specific problem, with some selling and others viewing the dip as a buying opportunity.

Reddit Inc

Reddits earnings report beat on current results but offered softer-than-expected forward guidance, while weaker user metrics, declining search referrals, and a planned logged-in-only experience raised concerns about traffic and growth. Traders are sharply divided between viewing the selloff as an overreaction to strong fundamentals and worrying that search changes and login restrictions could further slow user growth.

Sandisk Corp. engages in the development, manufacture, and provision of storage devices and solutions based on NAND flash technology. Its products include solid state drives, memory cards, and USB flash drives. The company was founded on February 5, 2024 and is headquartered in Milpitas, CA.

SanDisks strong quarterly results, raised outlook, and announced 8-for-1 stock split are drawing attention, but the shares have fallen with the broader tech and semiconductor selloff following weak reactions to Amazon and Intel. Traders are divided between viewing the decline as an unfair market reaction to strong fundamentals and seeing it as profit-taking or caution about AI-sector spending and valuations.

Amazon.com, Inc. is a multinational technology company, which engages in the provision of online retail shopping services. It operates through the following segments: North America, International, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The North America segment offers retail sale of consumer products, including from sellers, advertising, and subscriptions services through North America-focused online and physical stores. The International segment focuses on retail sale of consumer products, including sellers, advertising, and subscription services through internationally focused online stores. Amazon.com Inc.

Amazon.com Inc

Amazons quarterly results and outlook disappointed investors, with heavy AI infrastructure spending and negative free cash flow intensifying concerns about whether the investment will generate adequate returns. Traders are split: some view the selloff as overdone given accelerating AWS growth, while others remain focused on cash burn and the scale of planned spending.

ServiceNow, Inc. engages in the provision of an end-to-end workflow automation platform for digital businesses. Its Now Platform is a cloud-based solution embedded with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The company was founded by Frederic B. Luddy in June 2004 and is headquartered in Santa Clara, CA.

ServiceNow Inc

ServiceNows quarterly report and softer outlook for contracted-revenue growth triggered a steep selloff, despite solid revenue growth and raised AI targets. Traders are split between calling the drop an overreaction and buying opportunity and arguing that slower growth and high expectations warrant a lower valuation.

BNB is the native utility token of the BNB Chain ecosystem, acting as a multi-chain asset that powers decentralized applications and facilitates value exchange across its network. It serves as the primary asset for paying transaction gas and smart contract deployment fees while providing users with tiered fee discounts on the Binance exchange. The project’s main value proposition lies in its unified multi-chain architecture, which integrates a smart contract platform, a Layer 2 scaling solution, and a decentralized data storage network into a cohesive settlement and data availability layer. The network operates on a Proof of Staked Authority consensus mechanism, utilizing a group of 21 active validators known as the Cabinet to verify transactions and produce blocks every 3 seconds. Validators are elected daily based on the amount of BNB staked or delegated to them, and the system employs fast finality and slashing penalties to maintain security and integrity. To manage its long-term economy, the project uses a programmatic dual-burn strategy that permanently removes tokens through real-time fee destruction and quarterly buybacks. Launched in 2017 by the Binance platform, the project initially distributed 50% of its 200 million token supply to the public, while the founding team received 40% and angel investors were allocated 10%. Though it began as a token on the Ethereum network, it eventually migrated to its own autonomous architecture that remains fully compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine. Today, the token's utility includes paying for network gas, participating in staking rewards, and enabling decentralized governance through which holders can vote on technical upgrades and economic changes.

Binance

A reported Binance security breach is dominating discussion, with traders linking the suspected incident to BNBs sell-off and raising concerns about exchange security and user withdrawals. Some believe the breach is serious, while others call it unconfirmed scare-driven selling; the cause and scale remain uncertain.

Robloxs latest earnings triggered a sharp selloff as weaker bookings and user growth, alongside a declining bookings outlook, overshadowed better-than-expected revenue and loss per share. Traders are largely bearish over slowing monetization, though some view the drop as an overreaction and are buying the dip.

AXT, Inc. engages in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of compound and single element semiconductor substrates. It also sells specialty material substrates and raw materials used to make substrates and other related products. The company was founded by Morris S. Young and Davis Zhang in 1986 and is headquartered in Fremont, CA.

AXT Inc

AXTs strong quarterly earnings and raised outlook, supported by growth in indium phosphide substrates for AI and optical data-center demand, are the main focus. Traders are frustrated that shares fell despite the results, with many blaming broader tech-market weakness while some speculate about short selling or algorithmic trading.

iShares Silver Trust - Fractional undivided beneficial interests

iShares Silver Trust

SLV is drawing attention as silver continues a sharp selloff after its earlier surge, with traders focused on broken support and whether the decline has found a bottom. Sentiment is mostly bearish, though some are buying the dip; traders variously point to higher yields and rate expectations or speculate about market manipulation, without a clear consensus on the cause.

MGK, did you see the series of posts regarding the modified chemistry (leronlimab) a few weeks ago? I provided the company that’s stirring the new mix, also, you can click the link at the government site. The company seems to be located near your area….NJ.
Could this be the long acting LL mix that is now registered via NCBI / / NIH?
