Not that I&#39;ve looked at a long on this since about $87 when it broke trend, but I&#39;d guess that sub $3 the market is anticipating something very not good is going to happen like a. reverse split and the long term downtrend can continue,  b. bankruptcy.and the bondholders become the new shareholders locking in the loss for the current equity holders.
