I played this stock in past twice . Made very good .
Then was waiting for low price again as I know company have cyclical business models as soon as they do sell off will happen, cause most don’t understand or don’t read, that’s the point of my entry in this stock. 
Read the news again it wasn’t offering 😂.
They did twice same . Company don’t want to dilute shareholders that’s why they use that model of capital infusion.  

2025  -  Revenue: $263.9M, 
2026  - guidance to $320M–$340M 

There should be huge income due to long term war in Middle East . I guess it should be way more than they said . 
Very clean stock imo . 
Not like typical penny  dilution rs type.
