$CRDL I really thought that the fact that the last round of dilution/financing was relatively small was an indication that they had interested parties in talks about partnerships but I also expected more ownership from insiders between then and that kind of catalyst. The window of opportunity has been available. Not saying that still can’t happen but why does Tim Garnett still not hold a position? Can’t wait to see his salary compared to his position if they further dilute here.

@PDM21 There are plenty of reasons for him not to buy in. He probably does not need to take any risks. Im sure he was compensated well for being chief medical officer at ELi Lilly. He might just be waiting to see if the company will have to dilute shares for funding. Or he may be satisfied with his compensation as an advisor and probably has a bonus package waiting for him if he is instrumental in striking a partnership/buy out from big pharma. I wouldn’t be surprised either way. I’ve been invested for almost 4 years. I think we will know in 6-9 months whether this was a good investment.

@PDM21 @dchang29  because he’s not liking what he sees. They might have paid him to be on the board to making themselves look good. With his age why would he care if the company goes down the tubes. He at least made amazing profit off a dying company.

@Covode13 @dchang29 I’m ready to see what they are paying him. I think it makes them look foolish to bring someone with the caliber of his background on board and he doesn’t  buy in. He has the money to buy a position bigger than all of the regulars that post here positions combined.
