Google want to be in the voip business.  Currently Ring Central is the king of the VOIP market.  After Ring Central hit 70% institutional holding their share price went up above $400. Currently OOMA has 70% institutional holding and are currently going after Ring&#39;s Customers  though there new business voip service.  Ooma will win the market as they have better prices.   OOMA stock will start having 10-25% upward swing as the they now have 70% institutional holding and once this goes to 75% to 80% the price will go up 2x to 4x
