@Stocktwits When it comes to the customer relations and fraud department personnel, do you plan on making some improvements? It seems like when customers try to resolve an issue through the app by talking to somebody (other than the automated system) specialized on these topics, we don’t get good quality, sounds like we’re talking to a person in India. Rude, not knowledgeable and hang up the phone on us without any progress. Hard enough getting a call back. 
 Any  investing in better security and knowledgeable personnel?
