Elon Musks warning that neoclouds face failures and consolidation, combined with concerns about debt-funded data-center expansion and tighter financing, is driving attention amid a sharp selloff across the sector. Elon Musks warning that neoclouds face tighter financing and widespread consolidation has fueled selling in Nebius and other AI infrastructure stocks, sharpening concerns about debt-funded expansion and data-center returns. The debate is whether CIFRs power-and-data-center landlord model and contracted hyperscaler business distinguish it from GPU-heavy neoclouds, or whether sector-wide financing and execution risks will keep weighing on the shares.

iShares MSCI Brazil ETF

TeraWulf Inc

Discussion centers on TeraWulf CEO Paul Pragers pushback against Elon Musks warning about stranded data-center capacity, with bulls arguing WULFs power-focused, contracted model is distinct from riskier compute providers. That case is being weighed against concerns about financing, execution, customer exposure and the broader selloff in AI infrastructure stocks.

Zone: $43.00 to $43.60
Invalidation: close under $42.70
Objectives: $45.50, then $47.00

The math: up 5.1% to the first objective and 8.5% to the second, against 1.4% risk on the invalidation, better than 6 to 1 to the second.

Here is the picture, friend. This morning a rumor that SpaceX might build its own wireless network shoved Verizon down about four percent before the bell, and the whole phone trade got thrown out together. This is a swing into Monday's earnings, because panic like that right before the print is the oldest discount in the book: Verizon has beaten earnings expectations four quarters in a row, and it pays you a six percent dividend while you wait for the facts. Isn't the fear always loudest right before the report lands?

P.S. Morningstar's fair value on Verizon is 54 dollars, roughly a quarter above where this morning's panic put it.
