$CAT NOV20 570P · still actionable

Zone: $587.16 to $595.44
Invalidation: close over $609.45
Objectives: $550, then $520

The math: down 7.0% to the first objective and 12.1% to the second, against 3.1% risk on the invalidation, better than 3 to 1 to the second.

I like this swing put because Wednesday broke under the November 2 low on heavy volume and closed at $591.30 near the low, so the breakdown is clean and not a wick. You are following the move that already broke support, with a clear line at $609.45 where you are wrong. The November 20 expiry sits before the next report, so this is price action, not a report gamble. If $609.45 stays resistance, $550 is the first spot to watch for sellers pushing lower.

Watch: $582.51, the Wednesday low. A close under it shows sellers still in control.
