Delayed Customer Cash Collection: Enterprise clients and hyperscalers buying massive AI clusters rarely pay upfront. Because Dell structures multi-year financing through Dell Financial Services, it absorbs long collection times. The receivables are growing, but they convert to actual cash at a significantly slower clip than the debt obligations Dell is accumulating to secure its supply chain. 
 
They will not be able to keep this up, its similar to what happened with the Lehman Bros. DELL is locking in financing for tech that devalues overtime as new tech is created.
