The ST Top 25 S&P 500 List rallied in the second week of December.
22 of 25 names closed positive.
Ford flew 12.07% and doubled its ranking on the list. $F is a Winner below.
Moderna gave up its #1 ranking on the list. You can read about it in the Sinners section.
Three Freshmen debuted on the list. The companies are Arista Networks, ONEOK Inc, and Mid-America Apartment.
The Stocktwits Top 25 S&P 500 Momentum Meter ripped 3.44% while the S&P 500 rose 3.82%. The 0.88% difference in favor of the full index shows the top stocks lagged by a decent amount.

The ST Top 25 N100 List made up all of last week’s losses and then some.
21 names traded green.
Moderna crumbled 16.19% but still holds a 15% lead ahead of NVIDIA.
Broadcom boosted onto the ST Top 25 N100 List after a successful earnings report. It’s on the Winners list below.
Broadcom and Apple were the list’s only Freshmen.
The ST Top 25 Nasdaq 100 Momentum Meter increased 2.97% while the full Nasdaq 100 appreciated 3.95%. The 0.98% differential suggests the full-index was a much stronger performer than the top stocks.

The ST Top 25 R2K List led in Week 49 after bombing Week 48.
17/25 names registered gains. 13 names gained 5% or more.
$HOV hopped 35.31% and claimed the Top Dawg honors.
IDT Corp slid 7.44% and was the list’s weakest link. Catch it in the Sinners section.
The list’s only Freshmen are $DDS, $HOV, $LPI, $KRUS, $ASPN, $MTDR, and $UNFI.
The ST Top 25 R2K Momentum Meter marched 5.85% while the Russell 2000 index gained 2.43%. The 3.42% gap proves the top stocks are stronger than the full index once again.

ST Top 25 TOP DAWG OF THE WEEK 🐶
The ST Top 25 Top Dawg for Week 49, 2021 is #11 R2K – Hovnanian Enterprises.
Hovnanian Enterprises entered the ST Top 25 R2K List as a Freshman and even claimed the eleventh ranking.
$HOV registered gains every day this week and posted a 14.33% return on Thursday after reporting fourth-quarter earnings. Revenue grew 19% year-over-year for the home builder.

△ #3 S&P 500 – Ford Motor Co was the strongest name on the ST Top 25 S&P 500 list in Week 49. $F flew 12% and improved three rankings from #6 to #3.
$F fluttered 9.61% on Friday to record-highs after it stopped accepting reservations for its EV truck F-150 Lightning. 🗲 The popularity for it was off the walls.

△ #18 N100 – Broadcom blasted 13.18% this week to all-time highs after a strong earnings report. The semiconductor company debuted on the ST Top 25 N100 List as a Freshman in the eighteenth spot.
$AVGO ascended 8.27% after beating both earnings and revenue forecasts while announcing a $10 billion share buyback plan.

△ #23 N100 – Apple accelerated 10.88% to new highs in the second week of December. The large-cap tech company debuted on the ST Top 25 N100 List for the first time in 2021 as a Freshman!
$AAPL ascended to new highs on four days this week. Now that’s what you call strength. The company’s market cap is nearing $3 trillion, sitting right around $2.94 trillion. The stock just needs to reach $182.85/share to achieve the milestone.

▼ #2 S&P 500 – Moderna forfeited its #1 ranking on the ST Top 25 S&P 500 List again to Devon Energy. Moderna lost 16.2% this week as the list’s worst performer.
$MRNA kicked the week off with a 13.5% loss and fell another 5.6% on Friday. 👎 The biotech got bopped on Friday after releasing data from its flu vaccine study.

▼ #18 R2K – IDT Corp crumbled 7.44% after revealing third-quarter earnings. $IDT was the weakest stock on the ST Top 25 R2K List
$IDT dropped 7.8% on Wednesday after reporting a first-quarter loss of $2.5 million. On the bright side, mobile top-up revenue increased 34.1% to $128.5 million.
