@contrarianspeculator  What he wrote is well thought out. Even if things were to play out exactly as he wrote, I am not so sure the price is going to collapse like he thinks.  This is a cyclical stock that has gone nowhere for a year barely trading above a net-net and we just had a massive up move in coffee.

@contrarianspeculator This is a nanocap with a strong balance sheet barely trading over current assets- total liabilities in a coffee bull market at .28 p/s. I don&#39;t think the quarter matters at all but I would certainly prefer smoother earnings to terrible ones. The stock has traded like there will be a reversion to the mean in fundamentals for a long time.

@contrarianspeculator You bet. I don&#39;t bull it up every day like you. And I am only posting this in the replies so it won&#39;t show up on the main feed. But I think this goes to double digits. I think in the right market this goes back to all time highs. Not a prediction but doable. People are so conditioned to this stock being a dud. It has a $23 million market cap on $84 million in sales. A price to sales of 1 puts the stock at $14.8.  That would be very reasonable based on its balance sheet and core business.

@contrarianspeculator It&#39;s an in depth analysis for sure.  Hat tip for that.  But, I have to believe they had some &quot;Robusta&quot; hedges from those lofty coffee prices.  This isn&#39;t their first rodeo, and those prices moved up fast and high.  Heck, they might have made a killing on those hedges.  Who knows?  Coffee prices dropped substantially in 2023 and they  did ok with their hedges for the year.  Coffee prices retraced the quater drop already, so maybe the market has priced in the change in coffee prices.  I like the stock and the coffee.  Staying long.
