The U.S. admin say one thing one minute, then the opposite the next day. *  Also, the damage to infrastructure will take years to repair. It will cost a lot of money. The market a full of irrationality, hype, and myopic thinking. Very short term thinking based on erratic and contradictory behavior of the admin.
