$MLTX For all we know, a buyout could happen tomorrow. The truth is, no one really knows what’s going on behind the scenes.

$MLTX For those of you posting shit: I am experienced clinical biopharma specialist from the industry. The science I am right on 100% often down to the exact efficacy and safety result with a decimal point or two. This is more than obvious from my posts. For example I predicted SLK would achieve Best in Class with 67% clearance in HS; it came in at 67.2%. Where there is variance is in managerial behavior. My predictions are based on how a smart management team should apply that science; which is not always going to be 100% because not all clinical biopharma management have proper managerial capacities. No one on planet earth can achieve this... frankly, some of the CB managers are his damn inept Only a fuckin' inept idiot can predict their foolish maneuvers. So fuck off arseholes.

$MLTX I suspect the stock will climb back to $19-$20 before end of month. Lots of updates and milestones that we will see; HS BLA, PPP, VELA Teen consideration for HS BLA.

$MLTX Talk about perfect timing for my last post... the appointment of Liz Gutierrez as U.S. President was just announced on LinkedIn. "I'm thrilled to begin a new chapter as President, U.S. at MoonLake Immunotherapeutics. The opportunity to help build the U.S. organization at such an exciting point in the company's evolution is incredibly energizing. Since joining, I've been struck not only by the caliber of talent across the organization, but also by the culture. There is a strong sense of purpose, openness, and shared commitment to making a difference for patients that makes MoonLake a truly special place to be." MoonLake will be acquired and operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of $LLY , $ABBV , $MRK, or $NVS . You heard it here first.

$MLTX here’s my play for now. Add to the $11.29 gap and sell $22-26, just below the second Fib retracement at the top of the range. Then revisit later going into IZAR-2. Jorge being Jorge factored in. Doofus.

$MLTX pre-BLA went smooth. Vertex pharma is not a small company they are one of the big ones, this is huge reassurance for us investors regarding the CMC, the most critical parts for all the BLAs. Week 52 data showed consistent safety profile, add the best in class profile efficacy, add that during the pre-BLA no gaps were identified. Type B meeting also cleared that MIRA and VELA-1 were enough to prove the SEE. VELA-2 is added to support further the safety profile . No more trials required too. Add the huge cash runaway, add the fact that Sonelokinab was part of Ablynx nanobody platform, acquire by Sanofi. Sonelokinab was just forgotten and couldn't be acquired because it was at Merck KGaA labs taking the dust before it was passed on to MoonLake for studies and development. 537 milions of cash for a EV of 700 millions today, TAM in 10 years: 40-70 billions. Huge opportunity over here.

$MLTX agree100% Just because I am critical of MLTX management does not mean I am selling my shares; I'm not. The science behind SLK is solid and solid science will always rise to the top. I am quite confident that the key shareholders will persuade management to seek M&A or partnership... so current price action is more to do with exercising control by the main stakeholders than it is about some issue with the actual product. In the end, SLK will be in the hands of Big Pharma; hopefully it happens amicably!

$MLTX I'm sitting on a large cache of MLTX shares. Hopefully the Funds start to talk some sense into DaSilva and he starts preparing SLK for Big Pharma. SLK will achieve BIC in PsA, axSpA, PPP to go along with their BIC HS 52 week data. This outcome is inevitable. What I don't like is how the executives fail to realize their strength in any negotiation with Big Pharma is with SLK... nothing else changes your negotiation power. Only the molecule you own. Prior to the March IZAR 52 week data drop, I'll probably add more shares as SLK will be BIC and great science always compensates for juvenile management errors. Right now I'm still way up as I bought in very cheap. I feel for anyone that MLTX immature management has put in the red. It won't stay that way but it was also a path SLK did not need to be placed on had management actually understood the power they possessed and avoided succumbing to the Wall St. Investment bankers.

$MLTX Hopefully they have finally stolen all the shares from the weak hands and it is ready to move back to $20. Never seen this pattern before in biotech... bhahahaa!

$MLTX Thoughts on Liz’s appointment guys? On paper, this looks like a very strong fit for where MoonLake is heading. Her background is almost entirely in building and scaling commercial organizations in immunology/inflammation, with big leadership roles at Horizon/Amgen. She’s run 250+‑person sales orgs, turned underperforming regions into top performers, and has deep experience in rare disease pricing, payer strategy, and specialty distribution, all directly relevant for SLK’s HS launch. She’s not a dermatology specialist, but for this role that’s not the point imo. MoonLake needs a commercial operator, not a scientist. Someone who can build the U.S. org from scratch, drive adoption, and execute a high‑stakes specialty launch. Her track record shows she’s a builder with a performance‑driven culture exactly the profile you’d expect for a first‑in‑class HS therapy entering commercialization. Overall: solid appointment and a clear signal MoonLake is gearing up for a real U.S. launch.

$MLTX if they include great results for all 35 patients in VELA-Teen at 24 weeks in the BLA package and it is granted Priority Review because of that, they will be able to say they were the first to have the Teen data and be granted priority by the FDA. Cosentyx got the green light, but without direct data on teens. Big Stuff. C'mon, Jorge, FOCUS and update us.

$MLTX pfff, there is no sign of recovery based on the volume, price action and order flow - negative outflow for 30days. Maybe the algorithms will show some pity, at least considering the RSI till the BLA submission which given the current situation, may produce maybe 5-10%change. A lot of institutional selling occurred, but in paralel for those large orders other institution bought partly.. t At this point, Jorge should go back to Merck on his knees for the 3b$, which now they may offer him 1.5b of they are merciful. But as he narcissistic he will insist on the solo ride for years, just to get his paychecks. The way he handled investors keeping us with no transcripts during fireside chats, no communication at Director Sales hiring and izar1 proves he is actually an IDiOt. Totally disappointed by Mltx leadership and their board included.

$MLTX best in class for HS, pre-BLA smooth and plenty of cash... the recipe for excellence. MoonLake in without doubt the new gem of immunology.

$MLTX A thought is that the Large institutional holders will not allow MLTX to go solo, as this would result in additional dilutions and decrease in share price as MLTX will struggle 1-2 years to enter market w/o BP support. They will push MLTX board to accept a BO deal towards end of the year, beg of ' 27. They have multiple means (changing board members/ public letter to MLTX board etc). Even a BP after BLA submission, can skip MLTX management if they constantly reject an offer and propose BO directly to major holders. The whole point in this constelation of events is figuring out the sweet spot where MLTX will sell. -Prio Review acceptance (20% chance) - too low valuation here -P-olaris (60%) - ideal valuation here, if trial maintains Phase 2 outcomes. Deal 75%-125% mc + CVR's for PSA -Izar 2 (20% chance) - At 16 weeks, the nano body will deliver modest results (lower than bimzelx) but could beat skyrizi. Who knows?

$MLTX what a crazy ride this last month. Never would have guessed the major slide in price. I have a good cache of shares and still believe in the SLK outcome, but this is one of those times when one's patience and convictions are truly tested. We all know this company is worth more than 20 bucks. This is an awesome time for those who exited to get back in and for those of us holding to perhaps increase our positions. I thought my buying of moonlake was pretty much over, but if prices are going to stay this low id be crazy to not get a bit more. Cant wait to see how the next 6 to 9 months shake out. Thanks to everyone providing updates of moonlake happenings during the day. We shall have our day sometime soon.

$MLTX all right the insanity of this should be obvious. They’re sitting on 500 million in cash and the market cap is now 1.2 billion so that means their entire IP portfolio is being valued under $1 billion now actually 700 million. This is insane. It’s either a bunch of people giving the finger to the Management given their mistakes of the past 90 days or pretty brilliant manipulation ahead of trying to force them to sell, but we are here because of the IP being mismanaged through overconfidence in lack of wisdom. It has nothing to do with the fundamentals of the stock and unfortunately, that means the next “catalyst” may not move it the way we think. It will probably move when the CEO signals openness to buyers and the floor price starts in the high 20s in the binding drives into the 40s and 50s.

$MLTX I want to share my pov over MLTX. I believe that now, MLTX will not sell, although there are BP candidates interested into a BO. The reason is that the BP are not offering near enough of what MLTX think they are worth (7-8B$), which is in big contrast with the current cap of ~1.3B$ ( 500% premium cannot be justified by BP to their holders). So, MLTX has to go on with their game plan (which is also not quite a game, but also a back-up plan), hiring and building a sales infrastructure into the short term future to show BP they are serious about going solo if the offer is not at the level they want. In the absence of a strong BO offer, MLTX will no hesitate to go solo, as believe their drug is BIC in HS, AxSpa and PSA. They are completing tier 1 and 2 Sales Headcount. Tier 3, the last, effective the majority, is the point of no return for going solo (people on the ground to go to Insurance companies, Hospitals, Doctors etc), could come up Q1/Q2 next year.

$MLTX Spike Loy/BVF, it's time to start slapping this diapered CEO around before we revisit the January 7th price for no damn good reason.
