I think most people were likely expecting 2 to 3 rate cuts next year, so 1 is likely bearish. However, I would also say it’s not a foregone conclusion to still think 2 to 3 rate cuts are in order. lol

CD's are disappearing with short terms. Harder and harder to make a buck with CD's @ 1 to 3 months terms. Will have to increase the risks and go Stocks. Real Estate is not moving wrong sector unless special opportunities. No place to go but swing trade stocks until some other residual income opportunity pops.
