@eightytwentie haha I love the merger math on paper imo on $BNTX and $MRNA. BNTX cash buys time for the pipeline to read out, MRNA already proved the platform in the clinic. I would rather watch each one run its own setup into its next read than mash them together, which one do you think needs the other more

@BiotechSwings $MRNA definitely needs Biontech more. Moderna doesn’t have much runway. Less than two years and they could be insolvent

Takes time and one mRNA therapy isn’t going to cut it

@eightytwentie fair pushback imo. I still like the breadth on $MRNA though, pipeline is way wider than one shot and the $BNTX angle gives it optionality. which readout are you watching first

@BiotechSwings moderna needs to show that they can bring it to market and manufacture. Intismeran needs to turn cold tumors hot, especially nonresectable to show a wider applicability.
The only BioNTech’s mover I see is pumitamig but that is non mRNA.

@eightytwentie fair, that manufacturing step is the real test imo on $MRNA. if that cold tumor read lands in the nonresectable setting, that breadth story gets a lot harder to ignore. which readout are you watching first for it?
