Amp claims to offer a straightforward but versatile interface for verifiable collateralization through a system of collateral partitions and collateral managers. Where collateral partitions can be designated to collateralize any account, application, or even transaction, and carry balances which are directly verifiable on the Ethereum blockchain, collateral managers are smart contracts that can lock, release, and redirect collateral in these partitions as needed in order to support value transfer activities. Amp supports a wide variety of use cases for collateralization, and also introduces the concept of predefined partition strategies, which can enable special capabilities such as collateral models through which tokens can be staked without ever leaving their original address.

Zcash employs trustless zero-knowledge proofs (Halo) within its Orchard shielded pool to verify transactions without revealing sender, receiver, or amount information.   Users can choose between transparent public transactions and shielded private transactions through Unified Addresses, which work with both types. The network is faster and cheaper than Bitcoin, with new blocks mined every 75 seconds and transaction fees typically just a fraction of a cent. Privacy adoption has surged in 2025, with over 30% of total ZEC supply now held in fully shielded pools.  Zcash was created by a group of scientists in 2013 who initially proposed Zerocoin as a privacy extension to Bitcoin before building a standalone protocol. The ecosystem operates with a self-funded development model where block rewards support independent teams through the Zcash Community Grants Committee and a new Coinholder-Controlled Fund.

@fergus56  My mistake here was averaging down.  This company never once delivered on any of their promises or goals.  They have been in business for 28 years and have never made any money. They launched their VLN product over three years ago and it has never taken off. Current sales are three packs per store per month and they have a cash burn of almost 1 million per month.

The stock was never 695 million per share so that means they repeatedly robbed value from shareholders.  during the last earnings, they indicated they had 6 million in cash but keep in mind. They are burning almost 1,000,000 in cash per month. the only way they can make more money is to rob shareholders equity again with another reverse split and dilution.  The sales are so low and the cash burn is so high, there is no value to entice new investors
