@homerromer @homerromer I don’t think any of the OLE data can be put forward for consideration, the ADNI also can’t. The sub group analysis probably can as long as it’s considered to be from the original trial and not the OLE. The MRI data showing brain preservation should be allowed. IMO, Anavex’s best shot would be to just scrap this application and fully reapply with all the data they now have. It only adds an additioral 6 months over the path they are planning to take and it gives them a much better shot of approval.
