Were they waiting on finalizing a negotiated merger agreement until after the latest round of RSUs were awarded? 
 
I still find it odd they didn&#39;t re-up their 10b5-1 disclosures from March and June (and Nov 2024), unless the June 6-k covers repurchases through this blackout period.
